Well some people bleach their hair gradually with 10% like ... once a week I think this is a more safe approach towards it seeing as you're letting the hair breath before reapplying the peroxide again you don't want to burn the scalp as it's VERY FUCKING PAINFUL.
Some people jump straight in to 30% or 40% (I can't remember if there is a 40% as I quit my job 2 weeks
